LEAD BEHAVIOR ANALYST
Behavioral Aid Solutions is seeking Lead Behavior Analysts (BCBA, BCaBA or Licensed Mental Health Professionals) with at least one (1) year of experience providing Behavior Analysis services. Analysts will provide behavior-analytic services including assessment/re-assessment and ongoing monitoring and supervision for children and adolescents diagnosed with various mental health disorders including Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. Services are provided in the home and in the school, as recommended in the Behavior Plan. Applicants must possess excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, be highly detail-oriented, reliable, and provide services in an ethical and professional manner. Independent Contractor position allows for flexible schedule.
REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN
Job opportunities for qualified Registered Behavior Technicians with documented experience providing services to children and/or adolescents in their home or school environment. RBTs are an integral part of the services we provide as part of our Behavior Analysis program and we seek individuals who are interested in receiving further training in this discipline. Services are provided in the home and in the school, as recommended in the Behavior Plan. Applicants must possess excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, be highly detail-oriented, reliable, and provide services in an ethical and professional manner.
